On August 25, 2008 permission was granted for the LMA:
"Hello etree admins./John & Moriah,
This note is to follow up from a conversation between myself and John & Moriah Whoolilurie regarding setting up a collection on the Live Music Archive for their band: "Mojow and the Vibration Army." I have recorded a few of their shows, which I may upload after the collection is created.
Policy notes:
The band is taper-friendly and has no policy restrictions except for any that might be venue-related. As always, please be respectful of venue staff and the sound engineer(s)when setting up and/or asking for a feed from the SBD.
John & Moriah: please send a "reply all" message to this email confirming your consent to be added to bands approved for archive.org's Live Music Archive. Feel free to indicate any limitations you want for your collection, and to change or modifiy the draft policy notes above as you see fit.
Once the etree admins. receive your confirmation message, they should have the collection established within a couple weeks and we can begin to upload some shows.
